Dr Manoj Baruah is an Australian trained Psychiatrist who endeavours to serve people with mental illness in regional and rural Australia. He also works as a staff specialist at Gosford Hospital, NSW as well as runs mental health wellbeing clinics for Oziment Pty Ltd in Regional NSW. He has been in the healthcare profession for more than 23 years.

Dr Baruah has a special interest in providing accessible specialist mental healthcare to people in the regional and rural community through collaboration with Primary Care providers, General practitioners, and so on. One of the main endeavours of Dr Baruah is to provide knowledge and training on Evidence-based mental healthcare to the carers and professionals involved in Primary Care Services for early detection as well as prevention of both mental and physical illnesses.

Mr Pranjal Dutta has more than 20 years of experience in both Primary and Tertiary Healthcare Services Management. Over the years in the healthcare sector, Mr Dutta acquired hands-on experience in planning and establishing several healthcare-related projects which include setting up of diagnostic centres, nursing homes and allied health institutions.

He is currently an associate fellow of Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM) and has been actively involved in planning and establishing mental healthcare services in regional Australia.

Mr Pranab Jyoti Saikia

Pranab Saikia is a dynamic and versatile technical leader with more than 20 years of experience as Solution SME, Technical team lead, Technical Support and System Integrator in major Telco, Healthcare and Security organizations across the globe such as Telstra, IBM, Group 4 Securitas etc. Over the years he has managed several complex IT projects. His enormous expertise in the field of IT made him an important asset of the company.

Mr Dhruv Bhagat

Marketing Officer

Mr Dhruv Bhagat has extensive knowledge in Marketing and Sales. After completing his degree in E-Commerce and International Business from Griffith University he joined as an academic staff at Griffith University. Later he started his own business. Being an entrepreneur himself, Mr Bhagat has vast practical knowledge of innovation and doing business particularly in regional Australia.

Nirupama Devi has more than 40 years of experience in providing Social Work to the community via Government organisation setting. Her vast experience is an asset for the company to planning and implementing services aimed towards vulnerable people of the community.
